What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all weekend tournament operations — managing the flow of games, keeping fields on schedule, and ensuring every team has a smooth, professional experience from first pitch to final out.

  • Handle team check‑ins and communication — greeting coaches, confirming rosters, sharing event details, and serving as the primary on‑site contact for any questions or needs throughout the day.

  • Update scores, standings, and brackets in real time — keeping the tournament dashboard accurate and up to date so teams, parents, and fans always know where things stand.

  • Coordinate with umpire crews — assigning fields, managing rotations, addressing any in‑game concerns, and supporting officials so games run efficiently and fairly.

  • Respond to coaches, teams, and parents — providing quick, clear answers to questions about schedules, rules, field locations, weather updates, and any unexpected issues that arise.

  • Maintain a positive, organized tournament environment — representing PPTS with professionalism, problem‑solving on the fly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the high standards of the Patriots Performance Tournament Series. you.
