Select and curate new merchandise for the online store, ensuring collections stay fresh, relevant, and aligned with the TDCC brand.
Set pricing, manage product availability, and organize items into clean, easy‑to‑shop categories.
Write engaging, accurate product descriptions that highlight features, fit, and style.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, vendors, and community groups to expand TDCC’s reach and create new opportunities for collaborative apparel projects.

Reach out to travel baseball and softball teams across the Midwest to introduce and promote the TDCC Fundraiser Program, helping organizations launch custom merch lines that support their athletes while expanding the reach of The Dugout Clothing Company.
Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, sizing, shipping, and returns with professionalism and quick turnaround..
Monitor sales performance, track trends, and make data‑driven adjustments to improve conversions and customer experience.

You’re highly comfortable working with computers, online platforms, and digital tools, and you can quickly learn new systems used for e‑commerce, inventory, and customer communication.
