What You’ll Do

Run structured hitting, pitching, fielding, and baserunning sessions for athletes of all ages, ensuring drills are engaging, purposeful, and aligned with PPTC’s development standards.

Assess each athlete’s mechanics, identify strengths and improvement areas, and offer clear, constructive feedback to help them progress.

Create organized practice plans, weekly training outlines, and long-term development paths that support athletes’ growth throughout the season.

Ensure equipment is used safely, enforce facility rules, and create an encouraging atmosphere where athletes feel supported and confident.

Record performance metrics, track improvements over time, and communicate updates with athletes and families as needed.

Assist with planning, setup, and instruction during PPTC camps, group clinics, and team training events to ensure high-quality execution.
