WE MAKE
YOUTH SPORTS FUN
Be a part of the experience
LOCATION
We’re based in the heart of the Midwest baseball country
PPDG sits in the heart of the Midwest baseball community, rooted in a region where the game runs deep—from the hundreds of youth teams that fill the Chippewa Valley each season to the iconic Carson Park, where legends like Hank Aaron once took the field. This is a place where baseball history and everyday community pride collide, and PPDG is proud to help carry that tradition forward through development, competition, and opportunities for athletes and families across the region.
JOB OPENINGS
Changing the future of youth sports means thinking differently.
Joining PPDG means stepping into a mission that’s bigger than baseball and softball—it’s about reshaping how families, coaches, and communities experience youth sports as a whole. We’re looking for passionate people who want to help build a culture rooted in development, character, opportunity, and a genuine love for the game. Whether you’re supporting tournaments, training centers, apparel, or community programs, your work directly influences how young athletes learn, grow, and enjoy both baseball and softball across the Midwest. If you’re ready to help change the way people see and think about youth sports, we’d love to connect.
